Strength. Humility.
Wisdom. Learning.

Soul@Work
Soul@Work dedicates itself to examining social justice theory and praxis, racialisation, socio-political-economic pressures, racial trauma, healing, and collective well-being in the workplace.
It is also an invitation to develop knowledge, access resources, and open generative conversations.
Through the training and consulting services on offer, Soul@Work embeds the principles of co-working, co-learning, and collaborating in how we engage and grow.

“My passion is developing praxis that informs appropriate interventions. Racial trauma and healing is a special area of interest. I believe that equity and justice are critical for sustainability and excellence in organisations.”
Services
Soul@Work is an expression of my belief that there is a renewed commitment globally to societal and organisational sustainability.
South Africans experience high levels of inequality and violence, racialisation, disconnect, and limited opportunities to understand and process racial trauma. This continues to threaten and destabilise our society and organisations.
Soul@Work is committed to building better selves, organisations and communities.
